Membership of the Association is open to any person with Organization Development qualification with good standing in practice.

Members will join through already existing Africa OD-Net registered OD Institutes in their country/region as well as individuals who identify with the mission of the Association and wish to join. Members may therefore obtain dual membership. A formal agreement to be signed between Africa OD-Net and the Institutes or individual members. The list of Africa OD-Net Institutes include:

• Organisation Development (OD) Institute (ODI), Ghana

• Centre for Organization Leadership and Development (COLD)

• Community College for Organization Development (CCOD)
